The 2026 conference program

Between September and November 2026, SparkNorth Ventures is on the ground at fifteen conferences across the Middle East, North America and Europe.

We can represent your company at any of them. We work out who is worth meeting, agree the list with you, set up the meetings, run the conversations on site, and follow up afterwards. Whether or not you come with us.

Write to info@sparknorthventures.com and tell us three things: what your company does, which events on this page look relevant, and what you would want to come back with.

We reply within two business days.

A conference is not one job. It is five, over six weeks.

  1. 6 weeks out

    You commit

Ticket, flights, stand, hotel, passes. EUR 8,000 to 15,000 before anyone has said a word to you.

  2. 4 weeks out

    You do the homework

Attendee and exhibitor lists. Find the twenty people worth twenty minutes. Two to three days.

  3. 3 weeks out

    You chase the meetings

Cold messages, then chase the silent ones. Build a schedule for a venue you have never seen.

  4. The 3 days

    You work the floor

Back to back, morning to evening. Alone you are either at your stand or in a meeting.

  5. The week after

    You follow up

Where the value is. It lands the week you get home with two hundred unread emails. Mostly it never happens.

We take four of them off your desk. The first one gets a lot smaller when nobody has to fly out and build a stand.

What we do instead

We do four of the five jobs for you. The fifth, the bill, gets a lot smaller when nobody has to fly out and build a stand.

  1. We agree the objective

Distribution partners? First customers? Investors? Or a clear read on what your competitors are showing and how they price it? The objective changes everything that follows, so we settle it first. Competitive intelligence alone is a perfectly good reason to go.

  2. We filter

We work through the attendee, exhibitor and speaker lists and hand you a shortlist of who is worth your time, with contact details and a reason for each name. You approve it. Nobody is approached without your yes.

  3. We meet them

We book the meetings in advance and run them on site for you. Full discovery conversations, not badge scanning, with live notes in every one.

  4. We follow up

Structured follow up on day 2, day 7 and day 21, plus a written summary of every conversation: who they were, what they need, and what we recommend next.

This is conference work, not marketing. No campaigns, no branding, no materials. We go to a specific event with a specific objective, and come back with specific conversations and a written record of them.

A dot means the event has a real room for that sector, not that the word appears in the programme. If your sector is not listed, write to us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether any of these are worth your time.

Two ways to work with us

The difference between the levels is how much of the work leaves your desk. We quote per event, because a room of seventy thousand people and a room of a thousand are not the same job.

Level 1

WORK WE TAKE ON

The homework and the outreach

  • A 30 minute call to agree your objective and your ideal customer profile
  • Full sweep of the attendee, exhibitor and speaker lists
  • 10 named targets, with contact details and why each one is on the list
  • Which of your competitors are exhibiting, what they are showing and how they price it
  • Delivered as a working spreadsheet before you land

Right for you if you are going yourself and just need the homework done properly. Competitive intelligence on its own is a perfectly good reason to buy this level.

Add on

You come too

Optional at either level. If you or your founder joins us on site, we build the schedule around you and make the introductions in person. We are glad when this happens. Nothing depends on it.

Add on

Multiple events

The research compounds. Take us to three or more events and the target lists overlap and the follow up runs as a single pipeline instead of three. We price a block of events as one engagement.

Interested?

Write to info@sparknorthventures.com and tell us three things.

  1. What your company does
  2. Which events on this page look relevant
  3. What you would want to come back with

On the third one: distribution partners, first customers, investors, or a clear read on what your competitors are showing. If you are not sure, say so and we will work it out on the call.

We reply within two business days and set up a thirty minute call to work out whether this makes sense for you.
