This policy explains what information SparkNorth Ventures Ltd. ("SNV", "we", "us") collects when you register for the SNV LinkedIn Investor Pitch Session through the LinkedIn Events registration form, and how that information is used. It applies only to information collected through this event registration, not to other SNV programs or services.

1. Who we are

SparkNorth Ventures Ltd. is a Vancouver-based venture studio that helps founders launch and scale in Canada. We are the organiser and data controller for the SNV LinkedIn Investor Pitch Session.

2. Information we collect

When you register through the LinkedIn registration form, LinkedIn shares with us the information you provide, which typically includes:

Name and job title
Company or organisation name
Email address
Any additional answers you provide in the registration form

3. How we use it

Purpose	Why
Manage your registration	Confirm your spot and send event details or updates
Run the session	Coordinate attendee and investor introductions during the live event
Follow-up	Contact you afterwards about SNV programs relevant to your registration

We do not use registration data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not share your registration information outside SNV except with service providers who help us run the event (for example, our CRM or scheduling tools), under confidentiality obligations. If you are a startup participant with a signed SNV Startup Participation Agreement, your submitted pitch materials are shared with SNV's investor and partner network as described in that Agreement, not this policy.

5. Retention

We keep registration information for as long as needed to run the event and follow up afterwards, and then delete or anonymise it unless you have a separate, ongoing relationship with SNV.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your registration information at any time by emailing info@sparknorthventures.com. Your use of LinkedIn's own platform and registration form is also governed by LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
