This policy explains what information SparkNorth Ventures Ltd. ("SNV", "we", "us") collects when you book a meeting with us through SNV Book at book.sparknorthventures.com, and how that information is used. It also covers the calendar access of SNV team members who use SNV Book to offer meeting times.
1. Who we are
SparkNorth Ventures Ltd. is a Vancouver-based venture studio that helps founders launch and scale in Canada. We run SNV Book and are the data controller for the information described here.

2. Information we collect
When you book a meeting, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- The time you choose and, where offered, whether you prefer Microsoft Teams or Google Meet
- Your answers to any questions on the booking page
- The email addresses of up to five other guests you invite to the meeting
- Your IP address, used briefly to limit repeated requests and for the robot check
The booking pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers.
3. How we use it

We do not use booking data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not share your booking information outside SNV except with the service providers that run SNV Book, under their data processing terms: Cloudflare (hosting, data storage and the Turnstile robot check), Microsoft 365 or Google (the calendar event and the Teams or Meet video link) and Notion (our CRM). The guests you add see each other's names and email addresses in the calendar invitation.
5. Retention
We keep booking information for as long as needed to hold the meeting and follow up afterwards, and then delete or anonymise it unless you have a separate, ongoing relationship with SNV.
6. SNV team members who connect a calendar
SNV team members sign in to SNV Book with their Microsoft or Google account and connect the calendars they choose. SNV Book uses that access only to find free and busy times, to create, change and cancel the meetings booked through it and, for Google, to create Google Meet links. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and a team member can disconnect a calendar at any time. SNV Book's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your booking information at any time by emailing info@sparknorthventures.com.
