    We build an internal OnePager

    From your materials we put together a one-page summary of your company — the version we use internally to discuss your fit. We send it back to you as an editable Google Doc, so you can correct anything we got wrong or add what we missed. If we have specific questions, we'll leave them as comments right in the doc.

    Discovery call (~30 minutes)

    If we'd like to take things further, we'll schedule a 30-minute follow-up call. It's a conversation, not an interview — we want to understand your goals for Canada, what you actually need help with, and whether we're the right partner for your North American entry.
